Google's introduction of Honeycomb


Google's introduction of Honeycomb celebration event on February 2, 2011 Date

Google has invited the media to be present at an event on February 2, where on occasion they will be discussed in depth on Honeycomb, the latest Android OS. Google-made mobile OS is optimized as a tablet operating system and other large-size touch devices.

Honeycomb was first presented at a conference last year. After that Andy Rubin was demonstrating Honeycomb-based tablet in an interview and then a few days ago has emerged this Honeycomb SDK. In the event this time Google intends to explain the workings of Honeycomb more detail in an attempt to introduce Android OS which has the biggest interface changes between the Android OS that already exist.


This event will be held at the Google offices in Mountain View that is filled with demos of various security features of this tablet OS. As known earlier this Android OS eliminate dependence on physical buttons other than the ability to display information in a variety of window panels.

Tablet products that will use this OS for the first time is the Motorola Xoom and is scheduled to present next month. In addition, the tablet from LG is also expected soon to follow.
