12 nods for 'King's Speech' stirs up

In the weeks before the Oscar nomination day, the film by David Fincher Facebook "Social Network" had almost been anointed the winner of this year's best picture Academy Award, accounting for nearly all the critics prize throughout the country, besides taking the top Golden Globe yesterday morning but the race heated up significantly with the Academy of Arts and Sciences gives the British drama "The King's Speech" 12 nominations - more than any movie this year.

PG-13 west of Joel and Ethan Coen "True Grit" landed 10 nominations, while "social networking " and "Inception"everyone was on eight.
